VP/VA Copolymers produce transparent, flexible, oxygen permeable films which adhere to glass, plastics and metals. Vinylpyrrolidone/Vinyl acetate (VP/VA) resins are linear, random copolymers produced by the free-radical polymerization of the monomers in diferrent ratios.VP/VA Copolymers are available as white powders or clear solutions in ethanol and water. VP/VA copolymers are widely used as film formers because of their film flexibility, good adhesion, luster, water remoistenability and hardness.
