It is in the chemical class known as quaternary ammonium compounds (generally referred to as a “Quat”).Polyquaternium-11 is a high viscous aqueous solution,Miscible with water and ethanol,Slightly characteristic odor.Polyquaternium-11 is a cloud, straw-colored film former and anti-static agent.It acts as a conditioning agent and film-former,styling auxiliary.
